Importer notes: A field blend of about 40 varieties, 75% red, 25% white, 100% destemmed for a 4-5 day pre-fermentation cold maceration, brought back to ambient temp for spontaneous fermentation over 15 days, 8 months’ elevage in tank and unfined, unfiltered, low sulfur at bottling.
On the nose lots of red fruits and some herbal notes. On the palate there is this silky texture, with red and black fruits, a light touch of spices, finishing with a rounded, rich well balanced experience.
