2023 Cloud Hidden is a combination of 10-day macerated Vermentino and 6-month macerated Greco in clay amphora. We also blended in half a barrel of a Greco/Vermentino solera barrel that was started in 2021; an ongoing tradition since Cloud Hidden's inception.
Pair it with shellfish, seafood pasta, cheese like ricotta or mozzarella.
