Viña Riveras del Chillán, located in the historic Itata Valley, continues a family winemaking tradition of over 80 years under the leadership of Gonzalo Chandía Tolosa, the third generation of the family. The vineyard has focused on producing bottled wines with a low-intervention philosophy, aiming to extract the maximum potential from their grapes. A place of soft hills and granitic soils, where conquerors practiced viticulture since the end of the 17th century.
Its fruits ripens in a climate where there is a remarkable difference between day and night temperatures, resulting in a unique Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas, spices and black fruits, but fresh, round, with smooth tannins and easy to drink.
A filet mignon, or rack of lamb go really well with it, but also burgers and hard cheeses.
