This Assyrtiko is dry, crisp and very refreshing, expressing aromas of green apple, chamomile and lime. On the palate is medium-bodied with well rounded acidity and delicious salinity that asks for a return to another glass.

Pair it with seafood, fried fish, oysters, fried veggies and salty cheeses.
