Parparoussis Assyrtiko - White Wine
Founded in 1974 by Athanasios Parparoussis and his two daughters Erifil and Dimitra to produce world-class wines from indigenous varietals and with the fewest possible manipulations or additions, deliberately avoiding herbicides and agrochemicals, and using exclusively indigenous yeast.
This Assyrtiko is dry, crisp and very refreshing, expressing aromas of green apple, chamomile and lime. On the palate is medium-bodied with well rounded acidity and delicious salinity that asks for a return to another glass.
Pair it with seafood, fried fish, oysters, fried veggies and salty cheeses.
