Lagravera - 'Natural Blanco'

$32.00

This 100% Garnacha Blanca is made as an intermediate style between the historic Catalan skin-contact Brisat (Spain's first officially designated orange wine) and traditional white wine from the same region. It is aged on the lees for approximately three-four months then bottled with no added sulfur. A slightly cloudy and textural white with the color of celery. Once the wine opens, it shows aromas of fennel, resin, and green tea. The crunchy palate opens with candied citrus fruits and an acidic vibe that lingers on the palate then leads to a very fresh and salty finish.

Pairs well with white meat, shrimp, lobster, Spanish and Asian dishes.
