Dense and creamy sensation, with a broad mouthfeel and balanced acidity enhancing its silkiness without overshadowing it. Long and persistent aftertaste, returning slightly toasted nuances.

Las Ocho is a blend of 8 different varieties, hence its name ‘Las Ocho’, this is cherry red color with violet hues. Medium depth, clean and bright. It highlights the edge in a vivid violet tone that evidences the youth of the wine. Fresh but intense aroma, very fruity. Mainly fresh red fruits such as cherry and blueberries, but we also find balsamic and toasted nuances. On the palate, the freshness but also the intensity of the wine stands out. The palate is soft but ample. Very round and balanced, with good acidity and tannins. Medium aftertaste, which takes us back to those fruity and toasted notes that predominate in the wine.
