With the aim of bringing the multiplicity of aromas and flavors into the bottle, we combine distinct fermented fractions in stainless steel and oak barrels. The carbon dioxide developed during the second fermentation emphasizes the spicy aroma of fresh apples. The elegant fragrance, the slight fruity sweetness and the aromas of ripe apples distinguish the taste and the harmonious aftertaste.
