Notes from winemaker: The name of this Estate, Dio Ipsi, in Greek means ‘Two Heights’ meaning a representation of its unique topography. A wavy piece of land with different altitudes and soil that consists of limestone, clay and sand mixed with seashells, living proof that the area was covered by sea millions of years ago.
