Domaine Luc Lapeyre - 'Les Pieds Rouge' Minervois
Notes from distributor: The blend of Grenache and Cinsault is a great success! This wine has inviting aromas that invade the palate, with strawberry, blackcurrant, red cherry and rose. This light juicy summery red is made with the juice of the grapes trampled by feet (“Les Pieds Rouges meaning “The red feet”) then fermented in barrels: with a short maceration and fermentation without added sulfur. This red is all about light fresh fruit with refreshing acidity, low tannins & an easy drinking style.
Luc Lapeyre’s vineyards are in Minervois but this is one of his freshest, brightest cuvee’s unlike the usual Minervois style.
Region: Languedoc, (Minervois), France
Grape: 50% Grenache, 50% Cinsault
Vintage: 2022
750ml
